At the beginning there is the difference

The question of what the difference is determines
processes, projects, systems, organizations, and innovations. It is located on
the timeline where something begins, changes, or comes to an end. Structures,
such as systems and organizations, differ in their boundaries from the
environment or adjacent areas. Deviating and changing characteristics make the
difference that makes the difference.
It demands
- Time and project planning,
- Hierarchical and procedural organization,
- Defined system limits,
- Specified In- and Outgroup.
We are responsible for consistent internal circumstances. It includes clearly defined tasks, authorities, responsibilities, knowledge, and dexterities, as well as qualities such as transparency and comprehensibility. Interfaces with the environment and the exchange of material and immaterial artefacts are part of the responsibilities on both sides of the boundaries.
