visionary goals create a subjective reality that is always right and
contributes to the community.

- Shared governance, which describes the collaboration guidelines, prevents counterproductive proliferation by clearly defining reporting and decision-making paths, roles, values, Critical Success Factors, metrics, and language regulations.
- Cross-functional and diversely composed work groups are more viable when they meet the requirements of different subject areas, experiences, skills, perspectives, values, and cultures.
In a vucane world, exec(utives/utors) must be ADAPTable, i.e., Adjustable, Dynamic, Addable (in the sense of connectable), Practical, and Transferable.
