Short description
Sparring partners in boxing emerged from cockfights,
and at the same time, the term was applied to people with whom one liked to
spar. If arguing is interpreted as a critical chat, then we have a practical
idea of the one-on-one sessions offered here. In the absence of experienced
counterparts, this offer provides opportunities to solidify one's stance,
develop new ideas, make the future tangible, and refine one's communication
style before discussing it in a larger circle (e.g., within a team or organizational
setting). The offer builds upon existing structures, including models,
procedures, and prepared results. In a personal setting (online or on-site),
you let your mind wander. With thoughtful questions and feedback, you develop
new ideas and challenge existing ones.
Application scenarios

• For three months, Reiner Karl is responsible for a division with 80 employees working at international locations across four countries. As a senior manager, he wants to shape his leadership role consciously and needs to exchange ideas with someone in confidence. To this end, he books support from memecon®. Half-day One-on-One sessions are held weekly for six weeks. In moderated dialogs, Reiner Karl uses memecon® models to shape his future role and communication. This project requires Reiner Karl to work three person days, as well as additional preparation and follow-up.
• Emma Salvi has been the hotline manager of a recruitment platform for IT specialists for a year. The company's corporate culture is similar to that of a stockbroker, where the primary focus is on closing deals. She has noticed that customers have more far-reaching wishes. To clarify the situation for herself, she needs a neutral contact person to examine various scenarios critically. To this end, she books One-on-One support to modernize her unit's business. Online meetings are held within four weeks to develop the unit's business model and examine possible "what-if" scenarios.
• Martina Morck is head of strategy in a corporate group. She is under pressure because her fellow board members are not taking her efforts seriously. She wants to rethink strategy development. She needs a confidential interlocutor to develop ideas for involving her colleagues more effectively. Needs-based One-on-One sessions are held in a six-month project. Using memecon® models, Martina Morck develops a proposal for a new strategy process.

memecon® was founded in 2008 by solopreneur Michael Lapp. Over the past forty years, I have traveled extensively as a musician, programmer, and manager. You benefit from customizable methods, defined procedures, and results, as well as minimal effort and extensive experience in corporate settings across Europe, America, and Asia. All previous assignments have been implemented in close cooperation with the customer. You do not receive body leasing and cannot outsource routine tasks to memecon®. Online projects take place on the platforms of memecon® - Zoom and Miro. On-site projects utilize the on-site resources available, such as video projectors, flipcharts, and screens. Individual support requires approximately six sessions, each lasting two to three hours, plus preparation and follow-up. Extensions are renegotiated afterward.
You will only change if you wholeheartedly participate in the decision-making process. With individual support, you'll avoid lengthy rumination through moderated chats. Since you implement the measures yourself, any doubts will be identified and resolved. Entirely new possibilities will open up after the individual support.
Individual support is provided online via Zoom and/or Miro. As a customer, you must ensure that your participants have unrestricted access to the memecon® platforms. Additionally, please adhere to the agreed-upon schedules. At the first meeting, we will prepare your support, i.e., reconcile the content and organizational issues. You will benefit most if you actively participate and commit to preparatory and follow-up tasks. Costs are limited to the agreed-upon amounts plus any additional expenses incurred for on-site meetings, including travel and accommodation.
All offers follow a standardized process, have predefined outcomes, and are designed to have a lasting impact after implementation. The results include to-do lists for follow-up measures. DIY support provides a "consultation" that introduces the use of the tools. In addition, there are defined models with explanations and a step-by-step procedure for self-organized use.
Pricing
The price
for individual support is calculated based on the number of days and a daily
rate of €1,000, plus taxes and expenses where applicable. This support includes
personalized support and the provision of tools and procedures.
