Short description
The bigger the company, the more complex the circumstances. Therefore, the focus is on project-based initiatives that pursue a purpose: (re)designing the self-image, sharpening the business purpose with the help of the business model, creating a shared future, professionalizing internal communication, reducing resistance to change processes, and updating the Leadership philosophy.
Corporate identity is a matter of the general attitudes of the employees and the corporate milieu. The aim is to formulate the local characteristics in line with general expectations of coexistence.
The business model is a format that clearly defines the company for all internal and external stakeholders.
The strategic processes in companies serve as preparation for planning the following years. They often neglect to make the strategy communicable. The strategy elements (i.e., Vision, Mission, Critical Success Factors, Value disciplines, SWOT analysis, strategic direction, goals, and core) are presented in a generally understandable form.
In the course of digitalization and agilization, the existing communication channels are too lengthy. To match the new forms of organization, new communication structures are also required.
Accompanying changes to reduce the resistance of Exec(utives/utors) is essential for implementation. The measures are best accompanied from the outset, as pent-up rejection can only be reduced afterward with considerable effort, if at all. One tool here is the Change Management Office (CMO).
In a VUCA world where change is happening so quickly that traditional leadership approaches have become obsolete, leadership must be rethought.
Org support is always based on initiatives that are managed internally with the support of memecon®.

A medium-sized manufacturer of electronic devices is approaching its corporate capacity limits. However, they are unsure of the global potential in their segment. To this end, they want to discuss their current status, understand the market situation, and develop their communication strategy, including the use of international trade fairs. Discussions are held with all parties involved to gain a deeper understanding of the market segment. With the help of memecon® methods (business and strategy model, communication planning), the current situation and its potential are established.

The sales director of a measuring device manufacturer wants to reorganize the international sales team. The existing 10 regional centers should be managed from the head office in the future. At the same time, 15 new countries are to be integrated. The first step is to determine and evaluate the opportunities and risks of this idea. The regional centers will be interviewed based on an outline of the future concept. The aim is to identify the obstacles to the new concept and the special features of the regions. In a two-day workshop, representatives from key areas will outline concepts and their feasibility based on a prepared Strawman. Then, the heads of the regional centers are interviewed, and a model of international cooperation is developed.

The introduction of a cloud-based ERP system necessitates far-reaching changes in both upstream and downstream systems, as well as in processes and organizational structures. The company did not integrate change management from the outset. In the meantime, increasing resistance has emerged among the workforce. For this reason, management has decided to implement a change management approach. memecon® provides support with workshops, training, and communication measures. Ultimately, the effort depends on the size of the company and the actual need for action. In the interest of flexibility, an internal change management office (CMO) is established, which will continue to operate internally after the end of the support. The offer runs for six months with an average of five days per month.

You benefit from customizable methods, defined procedures and results, minimal effort, and my extensive experience in corporate settings across Europe, America, and Asia. All previous assignments have been implemented in close cooperation with the customer. You do not receive body leasing and cannot outsource routine tasks to memecon®. Online projects take place on the platforms of memecon® - i.e., Zoom, Miro. On-site projects utilize the on-board resources available locally, such as video projectors, flipcharts, and screens. An assignment requires from 1 day for a basic exchange of ideas to 120 days of intensive support. Extensions are renegotiated afterward.

Changes in your area are only possible if the Exec(utives/utors) participate actively. In the case of organizational support, you save yourself the time and effort of lengthy explanations, allowing consultants to take over your tasks. As those affected implement the measures themselves, potential obstacles are identified and eliminated at an early stage. As a result, resistance is minimized.

Org Support takes place online, in Zoom and/or Miro, or on-site at your location. You must ensure that your participants have unrestricted access. Alternatively, make sure that the required resources are available. At least one contact is needed during the preparation phase to work through the content and organizational issues. Attendees are expected to participate actively and complete preparatory and follow-up tasks. Any additional work caused by insufficient commitment on the part of the participants will be charged to the client. Appointments can be postponed with one week's notice. Meetings and workshops that are canceled or not fully attended are considered to have taken place unless additional agreements have been made. The costs are limited to the agreed-upon amounts, plus any additional expenses for travel and accommodation.

All offers follow a prepared process, have predefined results, and are designed to have a lasting effect after the measure has ended. The results include to-do lists for follow-up measures. The DIY support offers a "consultation" that introduces the use of the tools. In addition, there are defined models with explanations and a step-by-step procedure for self-organized use.
Pricing
The price for Organizational support is calculated based on the number of days and a daily rate of €1,000 plus taxes and expenses, where applicable.
