Short description
We organize ourselves for economic, political, and
social reasons. In doing so, we sometimes forget to promote cohesion by
repeatedly exchanging information about ourselves. Due to the division of labor
and overlapping projects, on the one hand, there are few opportunities to align
as a whole. On the other hand, everyone competes with everyone else. At the
same time, your group competes with the rest of the world.
To make you fit as a team, everyone needs a common understanding of who they are, what their business is, and where the journey should go. Every team, department, and area is a company within a company. As such, you need to behave as one unit.

The product development department of MeinBüro is to expand the product range. In the past, only existing products were renewed. This time, the goal is to expand the existing range. For this purpose, the leader orders a creative workshop from memecon®. For two days, 15 participants from product development, marketing, production, and sales get together. As part of a business exercise tailored to the task at hand, customers’ wishes are collected and checked for feasibility. Eventually, the potentials for the future are estimated.
The internal IT service of a machine manufacturer is to increase the proportion of remote maintenance. For this purpose, existing problems are identified and described in a workshop with maintenance technicians to derive objectives for improved maintenance. For this, a one-day workshop is requested from memecon® to determine the problems and goals. During the preparatory discussion with the client, it becomes apparent that the IT service does not yet have a clear strategy in place. For this reason, an initial strategy outline is developed with management at the workshop's inception, which will serve as the framework for the workshop.
The reporting system of GlobalCorp is to be improved. An audit has identified the need for action regarding the quality of the data. Different definitions, formats, and availability dates lead to distorted results. That’s why the data foundation is to be redefined so that the upstream systems can be adapted accordingly at a later date. The initial situation will be documented, and a data concept will be developed and approved in a series of workshops. Six interviews with site representatives, the kick-off workshop at the GlobalCorp sites, two additional online workshops, and the documentation of the proposals and the final concept will take approximately two months.
Open Questions
memecon® was founded in 2008 by solopreneur Michael Lapp. Over the past forty years, I have traveled extensively as a musician, programmer, and manager. You benefit from customizable methods, defined procedures and results, minimal effort, and my extensive experience in corporate settings across Europe, America, and Asia. All previous assignments have been implemented in close cooperation with the customer. You do not receive body leasing and cannot outsource routine tasks to memecon®. Online projects take place on the platforms of memecon® - i.e., Zoom, Miro. On-site projects utilize the resources available on-site, such as video projectors, flipcharts, and screens. An assignment requires between 5 and 120 days, plus preparation and follow-up work. Extensions are renegotiated afterward.
Changes in your area are only possible if the Exec(utives/utors) participate actively. In the case of team support, you save yourself the time and effort of lengthy explanations, allowing consultants to take over your tasks. Because those affected implement the measures themselves, potential obstacles are identified and eliminated at an early stage. As a result, resistance is minimized.
Team Support findet Online, in Zoom und/oder Miro oder alternativ Vor-Ort bei Ihnen statt. Sie müssen sicherstellen, dass Ihre Teilnehmenden über einen unbeschränkten Zugang verfügen. Zusatzaufwände durch eine unzureichende Verpflichtung der Teilnehmenden geht zulasten des Auftraggebers. Termine lassen sich mit einem Vorlauf von einer Woche verschieben. Meetings und Workshops, die ausfallen oder unvollständig besucht werden, gelten als durchgeführt, sofern keine zusätzlichen Absprachen bestehen. Die Kosten beschränken sich auf die vereinbarten Beträge zuzüglich möglicher Spesen für Reisen und Übernachtungen.
All offers follow a prepared process, have predefined results, and are designed to have a sustaining effect after the measure has ended. The results include to-do lists for follow-up measures. The DIY support offers a "consultation" that introduces the use of the tools. In addition, there are defined models with explanations and a step-by-step procedure for self-organized use.
Pricing
The price
for team support starts at €6,000, plus taxes and expenses where applicable,
for a Pure workshop. Plus and Max workshops are calculated based on the number
of days and a daily rate of €1,000, plus taxes and expenses where applicable.
