Over the past few years, Georg Müller has consistently demonstrated his ability to fulfill professional tasks reliably. He has also shown leadership potential in various projects. Now, he has to choose between an expert and a leadership career. To think through the alternative possibilities, he uses memecon® tools to develop and evaluate his self-image from various perspectives. In a one- to two-hour meeting, the task is clarified, and Georg receives tips on which tools he can use most effectively to prepare the decision.
The Agile Collaboration project team has come to a standstill because the project charter has only specified a few framework conditions. The team now has to set its framework. To this end, alternative collaboration scenarios should be developed. The team considers the conditions in a self-organized manner, utilizing the memecon® tools strategy and business model. The open aspects are determined in a one- to two-hour discussion with the team. It receives recommendations on how to develop the concept.
In recent years, the start-up FlexiGare grew from six founders to a total of 120 employees. Today, there are still three of them, each responsible for one area: development, production, and cross-functional areas. Due to difficulties in cooperation, the cross-functional area would like to discuss the corporate culture with the responsible people. The organization can use the memecon® self-image tool for self-organized reconciliation. The current problems are examined in a one- to two-hour discussion with top management. At the end of the debate, the cross-sectional unit receives tips on how to renew the corporate culture.
Open Questions
memecon® was founded in 2008 by solopreneur Michael Lapp. Over the past forty years, I have traveled extensively as a musician, programmer, and manager. You benefit from customizable methods, defined procedures and results, minimal outlay, and my extensive experience in corporate settings across Europe, America, and Asia. All previous assignments have been implemented in close cooperation with the customer. You do not receive body leasing and cannot outsource routine tasks to memecon®. A DIY order takes one to two hours. Extensions are subsequently negotiable as DIY, individual, team, or organizational support.
Change is only possible if you act subsequently. Do-it-yourself (DIY) saves you lengthy discussions with external consultants. Since you implement the measures yourself, you can identify potential hurdles and eliminate them at an early stage. Subsequently, you reduce resistance to a minimum. Additionally, you can also use DIY approaches for countless other cases.
DIY support is conducted online via Zoom and/or Miro. As a customer, you must ensure that your participants have unrestricted access to the memecon® platforms. Ensure that the required resources are accessible. For DIY support, one contact is needed with whom we can clarify the content and the organizational issues. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge, provided a lead time of one week is given. The cost of DIY support covers the personal introduction and access to resources, as well as the stipulated documentation.
All offers follow a prepared process, have predefined results, and are designed to have a lasting effect after the measure has ended. The results always include to-do lists for follow-up measures. DIY support consists of a "consultation" that introduces the use of the tools. In addition, there are defined models with explanations and a step-by-step procedure for self-organized use.
Pricing
The price for DIY support includes a conversation and written recommendations is a one-time fee of €299, plus taxes and expenses where applicable.
