Self-image

Self-image is based on Robert Dilts' logical levels. These can be used to model roles holistically – from context and visible actions to beliefs and belonging. This model has been adapted to management needs.
It links the essential aspects to describe people.
- Context
The context describes the environment, the surroundings. It represents the participants (stakeholders), the geographical conditions, and the time frame. - Actions
This level describes observable activities and behavior. - Capabilities
Capabilities describe skills, knowledge, and experience. - Convictions
It includes mental models described as values, mission, vision, strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/risks, critical success factors, and strategic goals. - Role
The role describes the tasks, authorities, and responsibilities of individuals or groups. - Affiliation
Affiliation describes the moral concepts that influence us almost unconsciously.
